Comey Chef As a Comm Chef, you are responsible for looking after the daily food preparation and assigned duties to meet set standards and qualities where your role will include key responsibilities such as: • Prepare daily preparations and food production in different sections of the main or satellite kitchen • Coordinate daily tasks with the Head Chef or Executive Chef • Follow instructions and recommendations from direct superiors to complete daily tasks • Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in daily preparation and keep up to date with new products, recipes and preparation techniques • Guide and lead subordinates through their daily food preparation requirements and actively participate in preparing and supervising buffets and special functions • Coordinate and share with other departments for requirements, hygiene, wastage and cost control • Consult and check daily requirements, jobs and last minute events • Guide and train subordinates on a daily basis to ensure high motivation and economical work environment qualifications: Male, 26 to 35 years old Must have at least 4 years of CDP experience Must be available locally in Saudi Arabia with transferable residency Priority will be given to Korean entrants Please send your CV and mention the position applied for in the subject to the email: [email protected] كومى شيف بصفتك كومى شيف ، فأنت مسؤول عن رعاية إعداد الطعام اليومي والواجبات الموكلة لتلبية المعايير والصفات المحددة حيث سيتضمن دورك مسؤوليات رئيسية مثل: • إعداد التحضيرات اليوميه وإنتاج الغذاء في أقسام مختلفة من المطبخ الرئيسي أو الأقمار الصناعية • تنسيق المهام اليومية مع رئيس الطهاة أو الشيف التنفيذي • اتبع التعليمات والتوصيات من الرؤساء المباشرين لإنجاز المهام اليومية • ضمان أعلى المعايير والجودة المتسقة في الإعداد اليومي ومواكبة المنتجات الجديدة والوصفات وتقنيات التحضير • إرشاد المرؤوسين وقيادتهم من خلال متطلباتهم اليومية في إعداد الطعام والمشاركة بنشاط في إعداد والإشراف على البوفيهات والوظائف الخاصة • التنسيق والمشاركة مع أقسام أخرى من المتطلبات والنظافة والهدر والتحكم في التكاليف • استشر وتحقق من المتطلبات اليومية والوظائف وأحداث اللحظة الأخيرة • توجيه وتدريب المرؤوسين على أساس يومي لضمان الحافز العالي وبيئة العمل الاقتصادية مؤهلات: ذكر ، من 26 إلى 35 سنة يجب أن يكون لديك خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في CDP يجب أن يكون متاحًا محليًا في المملكة العربية السعودية مع إقامة قابلة للتحويل سيتم إعطاء الأولوية للمنضمين الكوريين برجاء إرسال السيرة الذاتية وذكر الوظيفة المتقدمة في الموضوع على البريد الإلكتروني: [email protected]
